All costs and monetary amounts quoted within EziTours web site are in Australian Dollars only.
Booking deposits & cancellations
A Booking Deposit of at least 20% ensures that your rental is secured and confirmed, and is dependant upon availability at the actual time of EziTours staff receiving your Booking Deposit. The booking deposit will not be refundable unless EziTours receives written notification of a cancellation at least 28 days prior to the intended rental. If Ezitours does not receive a cancellation notification at least 28 days prior to the pickup date of the rental, a fee of up to 90% of the rental will be applicable. Full rental will be charged in case of no show.
Rental calculations
The number of rental days is calculated on a calendar day basis. The day of commencement and completion of a rental is to be calculated as full days, regardless of the time of day of the pick-up or drop-off. When a rental involves more than one rental season (as per EziTours rate chart) the total rental cost will be calculated by the number of rental days in each rental season and the individual cost of those days.
Depot hours
All vehicle pick ups and drop offs must be done between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm weekdays, and 9.00am and 12.00 noon Saturdays. Pick ups and drop offs outside these times are by arrangement only and may attract an additional fee.
It is a good idea to call us or email us 24 hours before your pickup day to confirm pickup time.
Driver requirements
All drivers must have a full and eligible domestic or International license. All drivers must be aged between 21 years and 75 years of age. Special conditions apply for under 25 years. Licenses and passports of all persons intending to drive the vehicle will need to be produced before commencement of any rental.
Rental Payment
All rental charges and security bonds must be paid in full prior to or on the day of the commencement of the rental. All payments to EziTours need to be made in Australian Dollars. Please note that payment can only be made by cash, travellers cheques, bank cheque, Bankcard, Visa or Mastercard. Personal or business cheques can only be excepted if received 14 days prior to the commencement of the rental.
Collection & return of vehicles
All vehicles must be picked up from or dropped off at the nominated and approved EziTours depot or agency, unless otherwise arranged by EziTours
Limitations of use
Campervans and motorhomes cannot be driven on any form of dirt or unsealed roads. Campervans and motorhomes can only be driven on bitumen or sealed roads. Campettes and station wagons can only be driven on East coast area.
Mechanical breakdown
All vehicles are covered by a 24 hour a day Automobile Association breakdown service, entitling the renter to emergency road side mechanical assistance Australia-wide. If abuse or negligence on the part of the renter results in a mechanical break down or problem, the renter will be responsible for all costs and losses incurred. It is the renters responsibility to regularly maintain the vehicles tyre pressures, oil level, and radiator water level.
Other costs
All vehicles are supplied cleaned with all fuel and gas full. Once on the road, all other costs such as camp site fees are at the renters expense. All vehicles must be returned with fuel and gas refilled, toilet cassettes and waste water emptied, and in a clean condition all at the renters expense, or additional costs will be imposed.
Rental Agreement
Before commencement of any rental, a rental agreement must be entered into between the intended renters and the company . It is the renters responsibility to fully familiarize themselves with, and fully understand all aspects of the "Terms and Conditions of Rental" contained at the back of the contract.

Terms and Conditions, Pictures, illustrations and descriptions of the vehicles contained therein may differ slightly to the actual vehicle supplied due to upgrades and/or modifications. Please carefully read the contract agreement before you sign it. EziTours cannot be held liable for any such variations.
Security Bond
A $2,000.00 ($4,000.00 if under 25 yrs) security bond must be in place with all vehicle rentals. The security bond is refundable after the completion of the rental pending that there are no outstanding costs.
Government Taxes
A 2% government "stamp duty" is additional to all daily rental rates shown on this web site. Daily rental rates shown on this web site for after 1st July 2000 already include 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax).
Single vehicle accident
Single accident is not covered by any cover options. A $3750 excess is applicable on any single vehicle accident. Examples of single vehicle accidents include such things as running into trees, guideposts or animals, whether intentionally or not, whilst travelling forward or reversing. Collision with animals are considered to be a single vehicle accident, as too is overturning the vehicle, or any other damage done to the vehicle for any reason where there was not another vehicle directly involved.
Specials
There is no difference in the quality of the vehicle between the vehicles listed on specials and the vehicles priced at the standard rate. Specials are subject to availability. DO not make any travel arrangments before you receive a written confirmation from EziTours.
No Show
100% of the rental will be charged in case of no show.
